The Lotus model is a widely respected car especially in the classics category.

Its features are unique in a manner that does not necessarily lead to increase in price. The engine has what it takes to take you through any kind of upcountry terrain. No wonder this 16-valve model has been doing so well in the second-hand car market. The modifications that were done between 1979 and 1982 made this car overcome its previous limitations that were preventing it from making it into racing competitions. One such limitation was engine capacity. The first car of this variety had 930cc capacity. Later on upgrades resulted in the 2172cc capacity Lotus.

The urban driving experience is very impressive. When using the clutch, you will find the pendant pedal very conveniently positioned.  Suspension is through coil springs which have hydraulic struts of the telescopic variety. Behind the axle is where you the car's shock absorbers are mounted. This model is capable of a maximum speed of 200km/h.
